Sensei Luis A.Silva is a native of Mantena. He was born March 15, 1967 the only child of Irene da Penha Cezino and Antonio Silva.

Sensei Luis SilvaSensei Silva started in Martial Arts in 1979, beginning with Kung Fu Wing Chu. He a lso practiced Capoeira Angola, Havaino Kempo, Ninjitsu and Kobudo. But when he discovered Kyokushin Karate had no doubts that this was what he was searching for his whole life.

He began his training in Kyokushin by Nakaza Juku. Shortly thereafter he was with organizations Nagata Ryu Martial Arts. In 2001 he moved to the city of Altamira – PA, where he created the Tiger Martial Arts Association. Joined the Karate Federation of ParĂ¡. Shortly after he met Shinkyokushin Organization and migrated to the same.

Today Sensei Luis is the 4th DAN in Kyokushin Karate, and linked this to the International Kyokushinkai Union – IKU – USA,
and is the IKU Branch Chief and representative for the state of ParĂ¡.

The main objective of Sensei Luis is keeping alive the traditions of Kyokushinkai, form good athletes and exelentes teachers. To care for the common good of all practitioners of Kyokushin. Make exchanges with other Masters of Arts. Respecting the principles of Kyokushinkai, and contribute to the growth of the same in all its form.
